Wickiup Station is a development, created by The Foundation for Affordable Housing The Foundation for Affordable Housing (FFAH) in the Wickiup Junction area of La Pine.

The property will feature a range of amenities, including secured entries, a large community room, game rooms, a fitness area, and two common decks with mountain views. The grounds will also include a playground, raised bed gardens, and natural areas, fostering a sense of community and well-being among residents.

Phase 1 will provide 39 units, offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom options. Additionally, 10 units will be reserved for veterans, reflecting FFAH’s commitment to supporting those who have served our country.

Phase 2 will be completed in Summer of 2027 adding an additional 41 apartments, and Phase 3 will be completed in 2028 and add 21 Senior Living apartments.
