Wickiup Station is currently in development by The Foundation for Affordable Housing (FFAH) and on Drafter Road in the Wickiup Junction area of La Pine.
Three Phases of Affordable Housing
Phase 1 will provide 39 units, offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom options. Additionally, 10 units will be reserved for veterans, reflecting FFAH’s commitment to supporting those who have served our country.
Phase 2 will be completed in Summer of 2027 adding an additional 41 apartments, and Phase 3 will be completed in 2028 and add 21 Senior Living apartments
The property will feature a range of amenities, including secured entries, a large community room, game rooms, a fitness area, and two common decks with mountain views. The grounds will also include a playground, raised bed gardens, and natural areas, fostering a sense of community and well-being among residents
