Owning, Partnering, and Serving

Owning: With expertise, experience, and care, we ease the burden of State, County, and Local Housing Authorities through the construction, acquisition, and operation of low-income, special needs, and senior housing.

Partnering: We have become the preferred nonprofit partner for many of the nation’s premiere real estate development companies. Our team focuses on the long-term management and health of each community, and we are proud of the hard work and dedication that has earned us the loyalty of our partners. Our goal is to use our years of hard-won experience to make the acquisition, development, and compliance process as straightforward as possible for all parties involved.

Serving: Through The Embrace Foundation, we provide community enrichment services to families and seniors. Our goal is to help those who need it most and to make each Foundation property a beacon of hope and possibility for our residents.
