The Foundation for Affordable Housing is excited to announce that applications are soon to be open for Wickiup Station Apartments, a new affordable housing community located in the Wickiup Junction area of La Pine, Oregon.
Beginning Thursday, May 28, 2026, prospective residents can apply for one of 39 brand-new affordable apartments. The community offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes for households earning below 60% of the area median income.
Ten units have been reserved specifically for veterans, continuing FFAH’s commitment to those who have served our country.
Residents will enjoy a range of high-quality amenities, including secured building entries, a large community room, game room, state-of-the-art fitness center, and two common decks with mountain views. Outdoor spaces will feature a playground, raised-bed gardens, and natural areas.
All utilities are included in the rent, which ranges from approximately $643 to $1,783 per month depending on unit size and income level.
In addition to quality housing, residents will have access to free, personalized support through Embrace Resident Services, a nonprofit program of the Foundation for Affordable Housing. Services may include after-school programs, financial literacy workshops, employment support, health and wellness activities, food distributions, case management, and veterans’ services.

A community lease-up event will be held on May 28 to provide information and help with applications. Applications will be accepted both online and in person beginning that day.
