Wickiup Station is an affordable housing community in the Wickiup Junction area of La Pine, Oregon, offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom options. This ground-up development, created by The Foundation for Affordable Housing (FFAH), is designed to be more than just a place to live.
FFAH is proudly offering Embrace Resident Services at Wickiup Station — programs and activities that come from the heart of our organization to build better lives and strengthen communities. From after-school and art & music programs for kids to job training and connections to medical services for adults, Embrace serves residents of all ages, creating safe spaces where a house truly becomes a home and residents become family.
Phase 1 of Wickiup Station Will be Leasing Soon
Wickiup Station will be launching in 3 phases. Phase 1 will provide 39 units, and 10 units will be reserved for veterans, reflecting FFAH’s commitment to supporting those who have served our country. Phase 2 will be completed in Summer of 2027 adding an additional 41 apartments, and Phase 3 will be completed in 2028 and add 21 Senior Living apartments
The residences will feature a range of amenities, including secured entries, a large community room, game rooms, a fitness area, and two common decks with mountain views. The grounds will also include a playground, raised bed gardens, and natural areas, fostering a sense of community and well-being among residents.
