Cake4Kids is a volunteer driven nonprofit. They bake and deliver birthday treats to all sorts of underserved children who might not otherwise receive one.  Visit their website to learn more.

At the Harvest Glen housing community in Rialto, PetsMart recently had a “Free Pet Supplies” event.  The families were especially happy because a resident’s cat had recently had kittens, several of which were being raised by other families in the community. These pet supplies were much needed!

Sunriver Resort made a donation that will go directly to our families and seniors to make their Holidays merry and bright.  A big Thank You to Sunriver!

Dr. Kim worked with Humana and Seoul Medical Group to put on a Medical Fair for the seniors at our Bellflower property! They brought raffle prizes, bottled water, snacks and goodie bags full of hygiene items! Dr. Kim gave an educational talk on skin care and answered questions about the COVID-19 vaccines! The residents were so grateful for the hygiene items, information, and snacks!

GreenStalk has donated some planters to several properties which has given residents a chance to participate in the uplifting act of growing plants in their community. Thanks GreenStalk!

Health Net Community Relations Specialist Sandra Aguillon contributed 50 white drawstring backpacks to an educational “Medicare 101” Event at our Bellflower Friendship Manor facility in Los Angeles California. The residents were excited to get their backpacks on during the free and educational presentation. Natalie Wickline is the Resident Coordinator at Bellflower Friendship Manor who facilitated this event.

“Masks Made Here” has donated $7,000 worth of masks to the Embrace Foundation. Masks Made Here” is part of G2 Performance Apparel which is a leading provider of marching band apparel. When a pandemic struck, they responded by transitioning to making masks.

Rachel Gajardo from Presley General Agency helps at several of our sites, including Bellflower Manor, Sterling Heights and Coventry Heights in Westminister. She hosts different workshops: arts & crafts, ice cream socials, Medicare workshops and much more! Our team members and residents LOVE her!

Our great friends at Stella Insurance Company regularly donate cupcakes to our Bellflower Manor facility in Los Angeles. Thanks Carlos for the cupcakes!

At our Desert Senior property in Palmdale, Grace Resources has provided a monthly food donation to residents for over a year. Coordinated by on site Embrace representative Melissa.

At our Creekside property in Cathedral City, FIND Food Bank donates monthly, as coordinated on site by Afia.

Our friends at Telecare Corporation provide a self-care class on a weekly basis hosted by Ana – thanks Ana!
