Since 1993, the Foundation for Affordable Housing (FFAH) has been building communities and enriching lives across the Western United States. Today, FFAH has a portfolio of 363 properties in 16 states, totaling more than 46,365 units of affordable and senior housing, and has housed more than 60,000 people nationwide.
Whether through direct ownership or strategic partnerships with the nation's premiere real estate development companies, FFAH's team focuses on the construction, acquisition, and long-term operation of low-income, special needs, and senior housing. Through Embrace Resident Services, FFAH goes beyond providing a roof overhead, offering community enrichment programs to families and seniors so that each property becomes a true home, not just a place to live.

Featured FFAH Community: Wickiup Station
Wickiup Station is FFAH's newest development, located in the Wickiup Junction area of La Pine, Oregon. Phase 1 is now leasing and offers 39 apartments, including 10 units reserved for veterans, with rents starting around $600 a month. Residents will enjoy a fitness area, game rooms, a playground, community gardens, and Embrace Resident Services on-site. Phase 2 will add 41 more apartments in summer 2027, followed by 21 senior living units in Phase 3, completing in 2028.
