Tommy Waldron Promoted to Chief Strategy Officer of FFAH

The Foundation for Affordable Housing is pleased to announce the promotion of Tommy Waldron to Chief Strategy Officer. Tommy brings a disciplined, triple bottom line approach—balancing social impact, environmental responsibility, and financial performance—to advance the organization’s mission.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Tommy is responsible for:

• Implementing the strategic vision of senior leadership
• Overseeing investment strategy, capital allocation, property acquisitions, and dispositions
• Oversight of ground-up development
• Leading asset management for the Foundation’s wholly owned portfolio
• Expanding and maintaining strategic partnerships across the affordable housing industry

Tommy is based in Oregon and is deeply committed to advancing innovative, scalable solutions to the housing crisis. He brings a collaborative leadership style and a strong track record of working with diverse stakeholders to drive complex projects forward.
