Happy Holidays from Foundation for Affordable Housing and Embrace Resident Services!

Our hearts are filled with immense gratitude this holiday season. 2020 has been a trying year, but we have been fortunate to both expand and improve our affordable housing stock and our resident services, while keeping more than 60,000 people safe and warm under our roofs each night.

We are entering 2021 with the best staff and partners we have had in our over 30 years of operation. Our resident services coordinators astound us with their passion and the innovative measures they employ to improve our residents’ lives while keeping them as safe as possible during this pandemic. We look forward to a new year of continued improvement and expansion of resident services thanks to our generous donors. Embrace is the beating heart of the Foundation, and we delight in helping our residents Embrace Success!

Our corporate staff continues to expand, and we are so grateful to have been able to keep our staff at full capacity this year. The quality of service our corporate team provides to our partners brings us great pride. We are so blessed to have established this wonderful team and we are very excited to welcome the new employees we will add in 2021.

We want to thank our amazing partners, both new and old. We are so fortunate to work with the best developers in the country. The quality and quantity of housing provided through these partnerships is life changing to our residents. Thank you for trusting us to fulfill the necessary nonprofit role in our partnerships. We are honored to play a vital part in addressing our country’s critical need for affordable housing.
