The Foundation for Affordable Housing (FFAH) 2024 IMPACT REPORT is out and you can view and download it here.
This report gives a great overview of the many positive works that FFAH accomplished last year, as well as a window into the talented team that leads the organization.
The document leads off with the FFAH mission statement: To create safe, comfortable, high quality, affordable homes that enrich the lives of our residents and add stability to the surrounding community. Then, it goes on to highlight the breadth of FFAH’s property portfolio, and the amount of transactions and developments accomplished in 2024.
At the time of the IMPACT REPORT’s creation, the FFAH Portfolio was 319 properties, encompassing 37,909 total units.
The Embrace Foundation is featured for continuing its mission to improve resident services and thus quality of life at many FFAH properties. There are also some specific property and partnerships highlighted in the IMPACT REPORT.
