Jason Acosta, Foundation for Affordable Housing’s Director of Asset Manager — Partnership Portfolio, was a recipient of IREM’s 2018 Member of the Year award. This category recognizes IREM Members in good standing in Orange County and nationally. To receive the award, the member must be active in Real Estate management and demonstrate professionalism and dedication to their company and the industry. Jason is active in industry association activities and participates in furthering industry education. Furthermore, members considered for this prestigious award have a clear, open, and pervasive demonstration of ethics and values consistent with IREM’s Code of Ethics. Jason also won this award for the same category in 2012, and is the first ever affordable housing asset manager to win this designation.
