We are excited to report that Vintage Aliso is at full occupancy in just four months after opening its doors. Amenities at Vintage Aliso include a community center, pool, and fitness center. The complex performed well in tests for energy efficiency and, just last month, received the Building Industry Association of Southern California SAGE Award for best 55+ affordable rental community. We've recently closed on 3 family properties in Toledo, Ohio. This will bring a total of 208 units to Lucas County. The properties are Hampton Court, Hilltop Village, and North Towne Village and they are all located within close proximity to each other. We are so humbled to have an opportunity to expand our reach into the Midwest and continue our mission of providing affordable housing nationwide.

The Foundation has teamed up with Community Development Partners to bring more affordable housing to Sacramento, California. Providence Place 446-unit family community just outside of Downtown. This community and property is thriving and we are so glad to be a part of it.

We recently closed on Rosewood Park Apartments, a 94-unit Senior Community in Commerce, CA. With rents continuing to rise throughout Southern California, this property will offer much needed relief for our senior community in Los Angeles. Please check our "Senior Communities" page for more information!

We are very pleased about the progress of El Rancho, a family community in Mesa, Arizona. The Foundation has partnered with Community Development Partners to bring this 46-unit apartment complex to fruition, which will consist of 25 two-bedroom units, 11 three-bedroom units and 10 four-bedroom units. El Rancho is approximately 50% complete, with a scheduled completion in early 2017. Please continue to check back for more updates on this exciting project!

The development of a brand new senior community, Liberty at Aliso is currently underway. This property will bring approximately 200-units of much needed housing to our seniors in Orange County in addition to our 164-unit property next door, Vintage Aliso. The community will feature a clubhouse, swimming pool, courtyard and surface/garage parking. The units will be equipped with energy efficient appliances, central heating and air, as well as ample storage. We are so excited about our acquisition of Plaza Townhomes, a 68-unit family community in Portland, Oregon. We have partnered with WNC to provide a 100% affordable property. We look forward to future ventures in this beautiful state!

The Foundation has acquired 4 lovely properties in Ogden and Salt Lake City, Utah. With a total of 312 units, these properties will bring much needed affordable senior housing to the community and are a great addition to the Foundation family. The Foundation has committed to the Better Buildings Business Challenge to reduce our energy and water consumption by 20% by 2020. This commitment is made on the entire Wholly Owned Portfolio consisting of 23 properties, 1,953 units covering 1.6 Million square feet of space.
