At each Embrace property, the Executive Director of Resident Services personally interviews and selects a highly qualified and dedicated individual to coordinate the property’s resident services. The Coordinator works closely with the Executive Director to create and implement a services program tailored to meet the unique needs of its residents. To ensure accessibility to the residents, Embrace Coordinators are provided with an on-site office and use of the community room for group and individual activities.
In order to connect our residents to the surrounding community,
the Coordinator has comprehensive understanding of local agencies
and community resources and acts as a liaison to both the residential
management company and the community at large.

| Embrace programs are designed to address the evolving needs of residents. By striving to expand an individual’s opportunity within a community setting, Embrace encourages residents to take pride in themselves and the community in which they live. This sense of pride and belonging reinforces the bonds residents feel for one another and ultimately, creates a safer, happier, and stronger residential community. |
